Overview of Story

Maya is a proud owner of a 2014 Lexus RX, which she has bought new. The car has always run like a clock and she has only needed to take it in for the yearly service. The only negative with her Lexus is the seats that started looking very used, especially the bottom seat on the driver’s side. We spoke to Maya about her experience replacing her seat cover with one from DSA Seat Factory.

Q: Maya, what made you consider replacing the seat cover of your Lexus RX?

A: I have been using my Lexus for years now, and the only issue I have had was the worn-out seat covers. I wanted a fresh look, but my model is a bit old, so I had to look for a seat cover replacement.

Q: How did you find DSA Seat Factory?

A: My dad recommended it to me, actually. He changed his Jeep seat cover with DSA a couple of months ago and was very happy with the results. When he saw the condition of my seat he told me to contact them. Luckily, they have my Lexus model, colour, and all.

Q: Walk us through the installation process and your overall experience with DSA Seat Factory.

A: My dad did it for me in one afternoon. I tried to help as well. The process was pretty straightforward and that’s me saying it: I am not handy at all.

Q: Now that the replacement is complete, how do you feel about your Lexus RX?

A: It’s like having a new car again. The replaced cover looks amazing and the bottom seat feels incredible. I’ll be doing a complete makeover with DSA soon!
