Q: Maciej, what made you reach out to DSA Seat Factory when you discovered the tear in your Mercedes-Benz C-Class driver’s seat?

A: Well, it was a bit shocking to me, to be honest. I didn’t expect to see such a tear from a car of this calibre. These are my original seat covers, so at first I thought I could repair them, but soon I realized that was wishful thinking. I had to do a complete makeover for my seat, and that’s when I reached out to DSA.

Q: How did you come across DSA Seat Factory?

A: I googled my model’s seat covers and mostly saw eBay ads from low-quality manufacturers. However, I saw DSA on the list and they looked decent. They had a professional website with many examples of success stories, and after a short conversation with their customer service, I was convinced.

Q: Tell us about the installation process then, Maciej.

A: I changed the seat cover myself. It was surprisingly smooth, too. DSA Seat Factory provided excellent guidance every step of the way and the whole process was over in about 3 hours.

Q: What stands out to you about the new seat cover?

A: What impresses me the most is that it is an exact match! I cannot spot a difference between the seat cover I received and the original one on the car. Matter of fact, I would say DSA seat covers are even better quality. The size, the colour, and the feel of the replacement match perfectly.
