Sana, a mother of two teenage boys, lives in a busy urban area. For the past few years, she has relied on her 2016 Mercedes-Benz E-Class to take her boys to school, football practice, and other errands around the city. But Sana was very upset when she noticed a significant tear in the driver’s seat. We sit down with her and talk about how she replaced her seat cover with DSA.

Q: Sana, can you tell us why you were looking for a new seat cover?

A: I was a bit surprised by this kind of tear in my Mercedes. It was quite big and obvious, and as you can see, the seat looks quite new because I had used pullover covers for many years. But a few years ago I stopped using the protective covers and after a while, the big rear in the middle appeared.

Q: How did you start looking for a replacement?

A: My car is a few years old, so I didn’t know where to turn. My upholsterer told me to look online and I did. I came across the name DSA Seat Factory in a comment under a YouTube video. They had my exact model on their website and I ordered my seat cover from them.

Q: Can you tell us about your experience with the installation process?

A: Luckily, my husband knew a trusted local upholstery shop that he had worked with in the past. We took the seat cover to them and they replaced it in less than an hour. They told me it was an exact match! 

Q: How do you feel now that the replacement is complete?

A: Relieved! I never thought the whole process would be so easy. I am grateful to DSA Seat Factory for their amazing product.

Q: What stands out to you about the new seat cover?

A: I have to agree with my upholsterer. The seat cover is an exact match and even looks like it’s a better quality than my original. Now I’m thinking of buying the passenger seat and the back seats too!
